While we lived out of suitcases and slept with beds on the floor, we made the most out of our last few weeks in Italy. We made sure to eat at some of our favorite restaurants and say final goodbyes to friends, all while packing up and cleaning the apartment.
Moving homes is never easy, but international moves with major downsizing and needing to sell all furniture is quite the task. You should’ve seen the amount of things we donated in the end and what we had to leave behind because we were out of room.
We’re really going to miss Padova, our apartment, and friends. It was my dream for so long to live in a city like Padova and it was really hard to say goodbye. That must mean we’ll be back soon.
